We also have with us the experience of representing our clients for the various projects in the field of Refineries, Petrochemicals Gas - Pipelines, Power, etc funded by Government’s internal resources, World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc. Our activities involve (MRC) keeping track of all purchase activities of these Projects, right from preparation of vendor list, floating of inquiries, Preparation of bid analysis, Preparation of Purchase Requisitions and finally the Purchase order.
As is the case, material purchased and the purchasing philosophy varies from project to project and from client to client. MRC is quick in adapting to the different procedures and systems of various clients there by gaining crucial experience required in representing the interest of our principals (vendors ).
We also specialize in providing support data garnered by our in house research department. This data helps you in making accurate and up-to-date decisions for your enterprise while bidding for various techno-commercial bids, in above stated projects and purchases.
Further it is important to note that we are primarily a marketing firm. All our efforts are focused to generate and execute orders for our various Principals. We give effective technical / physical presence to our various Principals, who do not have any representation or an office in India.
Our scope of working for your company will be as following –
Promotion of Business.
To obtain orders / inquiries.
Representation in various tender openings.
Purchase of tenders on your behalf.
Day to day follow-up like drawing approvals, requisite correspondence, etc.
Follow up for Payment.
Registration/ Enlistment of our Principal in various Indian organizations.
Advice on market conditions activities of competitor details of current market proceeds and other factors affecting business.
MRC works on exclusivity basis for its Principals.
Role of our Principal:-
Supply of technical and other literature, information related to the product.
Provide for training to MRC as and when required.
Time to time interaction for product knowledge etc.
Principal will not make any similar arrangement for liaison / representation services of their range of products with any organization or an individual for the area /sectors/projects being handled by MRC.
